JEFF NELSON 
With Over 30 years of Insurance Company and Managing General Agency Regulatory, Reinsurance and Administrative Leadership experience, Jeff oversees BMG’s US activities. He started consulting to BMG in 2000 and his breadth of experience and depth of expertise made him the natural choice as Chief Operating Officer in 2003. Since then Jeff has further helped to develop the business, especially within the equine and livestock mortality markets where he has a special interest – among other things he is a Member of the American Quarter Horse Association, Appaloosa Horse Club, and the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America.

KATHY TOBERNY 
Working as a consultant or full-time associate, Kathy has more than 25 years experience in the insurance, financial services and management consulting arenas. Her due diligence experience combined with underwriting, claims, reinsurance and the handling of legal compliance issues, prove effective in serving as point of contact in BritAmerica’s acceptance of livestock applications. Kathy is responsible for managing our accounts with Agents, and works in close liaison with the BMG-London Office to ensure the efficient placement of equine and animal mortality risks worldwide. She is an alumna of The University of Texas in Austin.

LAURA OSIECKI 
Bookkeeper for BritAmerica Management Group, Inc,, Laura has nearly 25 years experience providing bookkeeping services to a variety of business accounts. Her background includes accounting services to companies involved in property management, real estate development, retail merchant, non-profit organization, professional search agency as well as insurance brokerage. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Public Relations from Valdosta State University, in Valdosta, Georgia.
